AC-DC Adapter
The AD0X ICs are AC-DC converters which provide DC output (12V, 100mA) from AC input (220V +/- 20%, 50/60Hz) by the Direct Power Control (DPC).
These ICs are designed to embed the function of inductors and transformers and to operate as a miniaturized very light rectifier which doesn’t need to use inductors as well as transformers.
8 lead SOP surface mount package with only a few other components save space and cost compare to alternative solutions.
The AC-DC converters which use the AD0X ICs are Non-isolated
